Terms

• Program. Each music studio that uses Felt texts its families from its own number, identified as the studio “via Felt” (for example, “Harmony Piano Studio via Felt”). Teachers also text with Felt's assistant, Pip, from a Felt number.
• What we send. Informational messages only: lesson schedule changes, tuition reminders and receipts, and links to lesson recaps. For teachers, Pip's replies, drafts to approve and daily summaries. No marketing texts.
• How you opt in. Families opt in by checking the text-consent box on their studio's enrollment page; teachers opt in when they sign up for Felt and text Pip. Consent is not a condition of enrolling or of any purchase.
• How often. Message frequency varies. Families typically receive up to 8 messages a month; teachers receive messages based on how they use Pip.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from that studio (or from Pip) at any time; you will get one confirmation and then no more messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• Quiet hours. Studios don't text families before 9am or after 8pm in the family's time zone, except to reply to a message.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Support. Reply HELP, or email support@feltstudio.app.

You may use this website to learn about Felt and join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist doesn't create any obligation for you or for The Sky Floor, LLC. Pilot studios take part under a separate pilot agreement.

Please give accurate information when you sign up and don't misuse the site (for example, by submitting other people's details or trying to disrupt it).

The Felt name, Pip and the content of this site belong to The Sky Floor, LLC. Teachers own their own studio content, including their recaps and recordings.

The website is provided as is. Felt is in development, and features described here may change before launch. To the extent the law allows, The Sky Floor, LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using this website.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell teachers and the waitlist about changes that matter. Questions: support@feltstudio.app.
